I know you have many venues within the hotel do you have venues to suit every couple?

There are venues that can suit 2 to 800 people. Whether it’s a blessing for the couple on the beach, a full scale wedding party on the Amphitheatre lawn or in the Serdaal Ballroom, we are equipped to handle your event from A to Z.

Which venue would you recommend for a smaller reception of 30-50 people?

We would definitely recommend the Arabian Terrace for outdoor wedding receptions. The venue has breathtaking beach views as well as a Dubai Marina skyline backdrop. It gives the perfect degree of intimacy for smaller weddings and blessings or it can even be the perfect spot for a pre-wedding reception or engagement celebrations.

Which venues are the most popular for weddings at the moment?

The Mina Garden is currently in demand as it has fantastic greenery, with a beautiful lawn and palm trees over hanging to create areas of shade. The view on the Palm Jumeirah is the icing on the cake, no pun intended. The area is very versatile and depending on the size of your wedding, the space could accommodate the blessing, reception, meal and entertainment.

How do you help a couple create a beautiful wedding?

We believe that weddings are all about making a dream come true. Our mission is to make the couple comfortable and relaxed. To do this it’s important to listen and interpret their needs and to come up with options that can meet all expectations. This helps build trust and allow all the details to be just as imagined. Every couple should feel that their day is unique and we always remember that it will probably be one of the biggest event they will organize in their life.

What has been your favorite wedding in the hotel?

It was a three-day event which meant the couple and their guests felt a strong connection with all the people involved and each day was like having a family gathering. They had an intimate family welcome reception in Mina Garden, a beautiful ceremony in the Amphitheater overlooking the sea and a gorgeous dinner in the Serdaal Ballroom. It was a very special day for everyone involved. They stayed in touch and even returned for their son’s first birthday.

What is your chef s specialty for wedding catering?

Having chefs from over 30 countries working in our kitchens, it’s always a pleasure to get the best people involved to create a bespoke menu for your day, whether that’s some family traditions, first date meals or holiday favorites. Our experienced team will be delighted to meet you and make this become reality and of course invite you for a food tasting so dishes can be to your liking.
