From the moment my partner and I stepped foot into the venue, we knew we had found the perfect place to celebrate our love. Evidently, the venue's staff had gone above and beyond to create an enchanting atmosphere that reflected the magic of our special day. The staff Rowena and Elena were exceptional in every sense of the word. From the courteous and welcoming receptionists to the attentive servers and bartenders, everyone went out of their way to ensure that our guests were well taken care of. The level of service was impeccable, with every detail meticulously handled. Our guests were impressed with the warm and professional demeanour of the staff, who were always ready to assist with a smile. The catering was a culinary delight. The menu options were extensive, offering a range of delectable dishes to suit various tastes and dietary preferences. The food was prepared with the utmost care, using fresh and high-quality ingredients. From the mouthwatering appetizers to the exquisite main courses and delectable desserts, each dish was beautifully presented and left our guests raving about the exceptional dining experience. What can I say, everything about this place is perfect! I held my small wedding of 30 people here and couldn't be happier. The outdoor terrace (Palermo) is beautiful around sunset making it a great photo spot. The team from Dubai Polo & Equestrian were so supportive and accomodating. They met me multiple times for a site visit and to help plan the layout and sent updates throughout the set up process. The service during the wedding was amazing and my guests told me that they felt very taken care of as the service team tended to their requests and constantly distributed beverages. The highlight of my wedding was hands down the FOOD! the food was absolutely to die for, which was very surprising for a buffet. Every single one of my guests went for a second plate and they all said that ir was phenomenal. The slow cooked ribs and Kofta especially were perfection! Thank you to Rowena, Maria, the service staff and talented chef for making our day perfect.

We and our guests had a fantastic time at our wedding, everything worked perfectly, the service was extremely welcoming and the food was excellent. We received many, many positive comments from our guests as well. Also the whole planning phase with was very enjoyable thanks to your great experience with these kind of events. Thank you also for suggesting the decorator, everything worked perfectly with her as well and finally thank you sooo much for suggesting to book a massage within the package, this was exactly what we needed after the busy weekend.
