Situated on the exclusive Saadiyat Island, overlooking a gorgeous private beach is today’s venue spotlight. Saadiyat Beach Club offers the highest levels of luxury and elegance in one of the UAEs most beautiful settings. It prides itself in its excellent service and at only 15 minutes from central Abu Dhabi and an hour from Dubai it’s close to all the action but has that secluded destination feel. The club has amazing facilities from their stunning outdoor pool surrounded by private cabanas, gym, spa, restaurants and lounges and not forgetting the beach with its spectacular views.

We are delighted to catch up with the team from Saadiyat Beach Club who will give us more insight in to this picture-perfect wedding venue.

Describe the different venues you have within Saadiyat Beach Club for our brides-to-be?

We have two beautiful garden venues at Saadiyat Beach Club, both with outstanding views of the turquoise ocean. To the left is the stunning “Cabana9” garden, which is 675 square meters and has a capacity up to 350 guests seated or 450 guests for a standing reception. This garden is the closest to the pristine sand and the ocean. To the right is the slightly larger “La Salle” garden, which is 750 square meters and has a capacity up to 450 seated guests or 600 standing – so perfect for a grand affair! The beach is also available for the ceremony itself – what could be more romantic! Or if you’d prefer an indoor reception our exquisitely decorated Safina restaurant would be spot on!

Which venue is the most popular for weddings at this moment?

Our “Cabana 9” garden is the most popular for weddings at the moment with it’s magical views of the beach. It also has wider views of the wonderful pool and the whole club. With its own private entrance it’s super easy for guests to enter.

What’s the biggest wedding you’ve hosted?

One of the biggest and most special weddings we’ve arranged, was for around 450 guests and took place at our spectacular “La Salle” garden. It was simply stunning and the set ups were sensational.

What makes weddings at Saadiyat Beach Club so special?

There are so many special elements to the beach club which make it such a super choice for your wedding. Firstly you can’t escape the views and they’ll totally wow all of your guests. The club itself is designed with luxury in mind with floor to ceiling glass windows to take in those divine views. Our service team is one of the best and incredibly well trained to provide you with a 5 star service and a lovely experience. Our chefs are innovative and can create bespoke menus to suit every taste. No matter what type or style of wedding you are after our team will make sure it happens!

Do you have an in-house wedding team to help our brides plan their wedding?

Stephanie is our event coordinator and she loves all things weddings!!!! She is really experienced and will ensure everything, from the smallest to the largest details are taken care of, so your wedding is all you imagined and more! She’s there to guide you through the entire process and can ensure the wedding package you choose is tailored to you.

What additional services do you offer to the bride?

To make the couples’ day even more lovely, we are pleased to offer our dearest bride and groom a few exciting extras! Firstly your wedding meal is complimentary and we’ll also give you access to our fabulous Spa, our Workout gym, our extraordinary jacuzzi and sauna, the steam room and the plunge pool on the wedding day. We’ll set-a-side a private room for you to use throughout the day for getting ready, hair, makeup etc. Finally we’d love to see you again so we’ll give you a gift voucher for your one-year anniversary dinner at Saadiyat Beach Club to celebrate and remember your special day with us.

What’s your chef’s specialty when it comes to wedding catering?

Our chefs come from many different cultures and backgrounds, which shows that our cuisine is not limited to any specific dish or style. Instead, our team can reach all your expectations, and ensure to meet your all you requests. We think an exciting mixture of tastes and cultures is the best cuisine! Our menus are broad and generous in portions and all our food from; Mediterranean, Asian, Japanese, to our fresh mouth-watering seafood selections are delicious!
