Aimee & Alan’s Vow Renewals | Captured by The Studio Dubai

At weddingsonline we have noticed an increasing trend for couples renewing their vows. Whether it’s at an anniversary milestone, to reaffirm your love after a rough period in your marriage or just an excuse to dress up and have a party; there is no wrong reason!!! Traditionally they tend to be smaller and more intimate affairs often with only just very close family and friends invited. The choice of venue is totally down to the couple and could be back where they first got married or a new place with special meaning to them. Vow renewals can be such emotional experiences, often more so that the when vows were first said as they allow you to reflect on your relationship, enhance the union and re-anchor the promises you made to each other.

“Aimee, an Event Planner from the UK, and Alan decided to have their small ceremony on the beach at the iconic Jumeriah Beach Hotel to celebrate their 10-year anniversary. It was just Aimee, Alan and their two children and it was a privilege to be a part of such a special day. It was truly magical! Their son read a very sweet extract form Winnie the Pooh and their daughter played her guitar. The vows they said to each other were very emotional and it was great to be able to capture the joy on their faces”
