"La Dolce Vita" | A Beautifully Intimate Wedding by Royal Weddings by Sara J.

Royal Weddings by Sara J. was founded by Interior Architect Sara J. Al Salman Bahrain in 2014, on her belief that her understanding of architecture and design gives her an advantage in “examining the space and producing a spatial design with a creative edge.”

In 2020, Royal Weddings by Sara J. successfully expanded to Dubai, focusing on both local and destination events, with an international clientele, from the GCC, Europe, & Asia. Her services include full A-Z planning, design and event consultation, event management, concept design, day of management etc. Today, Sara tells us of her inspiration for her recent real wedding set-up; “La Dolce Vita”.

“La Dolce Vita” was an intimate outdoor destination wedding celebrating two cultures coming together in love, with our lovely couple opting for an small ceremony with their closest family and friends.

The bride requested a garden theme, and selected the perfect location; Secret Garden in the Orangery, located in the Palmyard Hotel Manama, Bahrain.

To celebrate her lively personality, we opted for unsymmetrical centerpieces in mismatched vases and bud vases, aligned along the rectangular tables, to create those “garden vibe” tablescapes.

The focal point at this setup was the large arch across the dance floor, draped with wild foliage and flowers to complement the garden spirit.

The venue was adorned with fairy lights overhead and all around, for an element of magic throughout the evening.

The ceremony welcomed guests with the sounds of an acoustic guitar. Music, love and dance came together to create a magical “La Dolce Vita” evening.
