Introducing FemmePower Experience | From White Dress Workout

Hello brides to be and Happy New Year from all of us at the White Dress Workout! I can’t believe we’re almost at the end of the first month of 2020 already, can you!? I hope you’ve have had a great start to the year!

This month I want to introduce you to an exciting new project I’ve been working on called ‘FemmePower Experience’ which is an inspiring and empowering girls-only group photo-shoot experience with optional 8 week online or personal training prep.

If you’re looking to lose a few pounds, sculpt some defined shoulders or build your booty for that figure hugging dress then why not team up with your bridesmaids and work towards your health and fitness goals together! If you feel you need more than 8 weeks to prep for your big day and photoshoot experience then you can also tailor your package to suit your goal and time frame.

FemmePower is essentially all about empowering you to embrace self-love while working towards being your best self in mind and body and I’m so passionate about helping all of you fabulous ladies out there look and feel your best on your big day and beyond. I want you to have fun with your bride tribe and take home some stunning photos to show off all your hard work.

I’ve teamed up with a great group of professional photographers, make-up artists, hair stylists and tanners to make you all feel like a model for the day and there are a number of exciting locations to choose from including outdoor, desert sunset, beach, rain shoots, studio shoots and more so you can capture some truly stunning photos with your girls before you say ‘I do’ and you will have those moments to cherish forever.
